Program Overview
The Upward Bound program serves high school students from low-income families and families in which neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree. They do numerous outreach programs/events to help reach these under-represented students early. EFPL hosts students from the program that are interested in STEM for 6-weeks, where they job shadow our team including assisting with experiments.
